Hey ihr Lieben, ich habe ein DINA4 Scrapbuch aufgehübscht. Ich hatte es mit meiner Lieferung von HEMA erhalten und überlegt, was ich damit anstelle. Dann fiel mir ein, dass unsere Urlaubsbilder nicht länger nur in der Schublade oder einer Computerdatei liegen sollten :) Sie haben es verdient, schön aufgehoben zu werden. Ich werde die Innenseiten des Buchs gestalten, scrappen oder im Mixed Media Stil, so genau habe ich mich noch nicht festgelegt ;) Das Cover ist aber schon mal fertig!
Hey Everyone, I have a pimped DINA4 Scrap Book. It crossed my mind that our holiday pictures should no longer only be in the tray. They deserve it to be in a beautiful photo book. However i will do the inside, scrapping or in mixed media style so precisely I have not committed myself;) but the cover is already finished!
Dazu habe ich Chipboard Elemente (PAT-603 + BOR-143)von Southern Ridge verwendet, die ich zuerst mit Gesso ge-weißt habe. Den Hintergrund des Journals habe ich ebenfalls mit ganz viel Gesso eingestrichen, Fetzen aus alten Buchseiten und Designpapier beklebt und wieder mit Gesso eingepinselt. Das macht wirklich großen Spaß. Die Stempel, die ich verwendet habe sind von Vildastamps, sie passen sehr gut zu Mixed Media Arbeiten.
I used chipboard elements of Southern Ridge (PAT-603 + BOR-143), first i painted them with lots of Gesso. The background of the Journal, I also brushed with a lot of gesso, covered scraps from old book pages and design paper and again brushed with Gesso. This really makes a lot of fun and i like the effect a lot. The stamps which I have used are from Vildastamps, they go very well with mixed media works.
Die goldenen Micropearls habe ich zuerst mit Acrylmedium vermischt und dann in die Chipboardelemente gewischt. Man kann sie auch ins feuchte Acrylmedium einstreuen, dann sind sie allerdings nicht so halt- bzw. haftbar und kullern wieder weg ;)
The golden Micro Pearls were mixed with acrylic medium and then wiped in the Chipboard elements. They may also scatter in the wet acrylic medium, then they are not as lasting and roll away again ;)
Mit Farbsprays habe ich noch einige Kleckse aufgebracht. Die Texte habe ich am Computer geschrieben und ausgedruckt, die Ränder leicht gewischt und dann einfach nur noch aufgeklebt.
I did a few splatters of paintsprays. The texts I have written on the computer, printed them out, the edges were easily wiped and then they were glued.
Die schönen Enamel Elemente (Dots und Herzchen) sind von Marianne Design und ihr findet sie HIER. Die Brads sind von Prima Marketing Inc. aus der Traveller Collection. Das Metallschild 'Journey' ist ebenfalls von Prima.
